Instructions for submitting an order for a portrait plate....

1.  For each character you want on the plate, make selections for body styles, hair styles and colors.

2.  Fill out this order form with all your choices for the portrait plate, when entering the info for each character, please refer to the    
     placement chart for correct placement of each character. Click here to view/print placement chart.

3.  Submit the order form using the "submit" button at the bottom of this page.  After you submit the order form, you will be directed
     to the payment page where you pay for the order.  I will review the order and send you a confirmation of the order by email.        
     Orders received by 4pm (Arizona time), Monday- Friday will usually be confirmed the same day.  Orders submitted on                 
     Saturday and Sunday will be confirmed the following Monday.

When I receive your order I will email you a confirmation with a copy of the order for your review.  
Orders received Mon-Fri between  8 am - 4 pm (Arizona Time) will usually be confirmed on the same day.  
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be confirmed on the following Monday, unless I am on vacation.

where you pay for your order if paying by credit card or Paypal.  If you submitted your order and need to

Shipping dates are not assigned until payment for the order has been submitted, therefore, shipping times may change if
