Order Policy & FAQ's
How long does an order take?  
Most orders are accepted and painted on a first come, first serve basis and will ship according to
my
Shipping Schedule.  The following exceptions apply...

Wedding and Family Portrait Prints - Ship in 2-4 weeks
Family and Birth Announcement Framed Prints - Ship in 1-2 weeks
Holiday Ornaments - Ship in 1-2 weeks
Express It!  Signature Plate Kits - Ship in 2-7 Days

I will personally hand paint your order and ship it to you as quickly as possible.  My order times do
vary throughout the year with the amount of business I receive, therefore, I always recommend that
you order early, especially during the holidays.  
All orders will be assigned an estimated shipping
date once I receive your order
with payment. Shipping dates are posted on my site and I update
them daily, Monday-Friday.  
Please know that I do my best to get your order done and shipped
as soon as possible.
 *Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery on all orders.*
All payments are processed through PayPal, a secure payment site.  If you are uncomfortable
using the online payment service, you may select to pay by phone and I will call you for your info.
Can I select the colors for my plate?  
Yes, absolutely!  Each plate is hand painted just for you, so you can choose the colors.  You may
access my
color chart to view the colors I have available. For questions on colors, please contact
me before you order, I am happy to help you.

*Please note that the colors you see on your computer may not be a true representation of the actual colors.  
If you have concerns with matching colors, please let me know when placing your order and I will do my best to guide you in
selecting the best color choice.  I cannot guarantee that any colors will be an exact color match.
If I need an order sooner than your dates posted, do you do Rush orders?
As all orders are hand painted and created just for you with your information, orders are not
refundable or exchangeable.  Please double check your order info and verify that all spelling and
dates are correct before you submit your order.  It is your responsibility to provide me with the
correct info for your order.  When I receive your order, I will send you a confirmation email, including
the order details. You will have the opportunity to review the order at this time and if you need to
make any corrections, you may email me changes.
*All corrections must be submitted within 24
hours for standard orders and the same day for rush orders.
 If you would like to make corrections
to your order after 24 hours, please feel free to contact me.  Corrections may be made
only if work
on your order has not been started.  If I notice that something appears to be misspelled, I will
contact you, but ultimately I will paint the order exactly as you enter the info.

In the event I make a mistake on your order, I will send a replacement as soon as possible.
Can I select the text for my plate?  
Yes, absolutely!  In most cases you are welcome to decide what text you want and where you want
it.  You can even choose the font for your text from my variety of text styles, some exceptions apply.  
Additional text may be added to the plate or platter, when possible, for an additional fee.
Are the plates and platters food safe?  
Yes,they are food safe and dishwasher safe, however, I do recommend hand washing.
What forms of payment do you accept?  
Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express), PayPal, Checks and Money
Orders.  
Please note, your order must include payment for you to receive a shipping date for
the order.  If you submit payment at a later date, your shipping date may change from the
date offered when you submitted the order info.  If you pay by check or money order, allow
additional order time.  
Order Policy and Order Confirmation:
At this time, I do not ship to addresses outside the US.  Contact me for shipping rates to
Hawaii and Alaska.  Most orders are shipped FedEx or UPS Ground, no signature required...
(The package will be left at the door in the event no one is home).  Please allow 2-7 business days
for FedEx and UPS Ground delivery from the date your order is shipped. Overnight, 2-Day and
3-Day shipping options are available at the customers expense, contact me for pricing.  Ornament
orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

All my designs are copyrighted and are not available for use or reproduction. Please beware of
any reproductions as I have not authorized the use of my designs, and the quality of product they
are selling may not the same.

How do the Signature Plates and Platters work?  
Signature Platters are just like a traditional paper guest book only they are ceramic are can be
displayed after the event.  Each platter comes personalized with name(s), date and a graphic of
your choice.  You select the colors for the graphic, text and text style, and platter size. After guests
have signed your platter, let the ink dry for a minimum of 24 hours and then bake the platter in your
home oven.  Choose from an assortment of marker colors for your guests to sign your platter with.  
After baking, the signatures will be permanent!  They are dishwasher safe however, hand washing
is recommended.  Instructions are included with purchase.  Guests can sign on the front and the
back of the platter.  As markers are available in several colors, you can mix colors to make the
platter more fun and colorful.  If you lost your signature platter instructions email me at

Can I make changes to a design or request to order something custom designed for me?
In most cases you may request to make changes to one of my designs, but there may be an
additional fee
. If you would like to request changes to one of my existing designs, PLEASE
CONTACT ME BEFORE you submit the order online so that we can discuss the design and

Do you ship outside the US?  How do I know when I will get my order delivered?
Tracking your order once shipped:  You will receive an email with shipping date and tracking
number for your shipment.  Please note, once your order has been shipped, tracking of your order
becomes your responsibility.  Please understand that I am not responsible for the delivery time once
the package has been released to the shipping company.   If a timely delivery must be guaranteed,
Express shipping is available at customers expense.  Please contact me if I can be of any help
tracking your order.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
Policy on ceramic markers for Signature platters-   In the event a marker does not work
properly or fails to work during it’s use, Little Miss Arty Pants, Tina Rosel, is not responsible for any
refunds or compensation other than a replacement for the defective marker itself.  Sorry, No refunds
will be issued for Signature Platters. It was recommended, on this site at the time of purchase, that
multiple markers be purchased as backups in case any unforeseen marker problems should arise.
*Please note, due to the nature of handmade and hand painted pottery, there may be small imperfections in the paint or
ceramic of the pottery, and colors and designs may vary slightly from those in the sample pictures on this site.  This is what
makes each hand crafted item unique and should not be viewed as a defect.
Custom Orders:  If you are interested in working with me on creating a brand new design, that is
a custom order.  I try to do custom orders whenever possible, but as they are very time consuming,
I am not always able to do them when I am busy.  You should also allow extra time if requesting a

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online.  Select the order form for the design you would like to order and
follow the instructions for submitting the order info and payment info.  If you would like something
custom or that is not offered on the order form for that design, please
contact me before ordering.
Is it safe to pay online by credit card?  
I am happy to accept rush orders when it is possible for me to do.  A rush order fee or rush
shipping costs may apply, contact me for details and pricing.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Every precaution is taken to insure a safe delivery of your order.  However, in the event your order
arrives damaged,
you must save all packaging materials (so you can file a shipping claim)
and contact me immediately or within 48 hours
.  A replacement will be sent once a claim from
the shipping company is approved.
I respect your privacy and value your business.  Any information you provide me will only be used to process
your order.  I will not share or sell your info to anyone or any other business.  
What process do you use to create the plates?
Every plate, platter, plaque and ornament is hand painted.  No decals or other processes are used.  
Once the plate is painted it is glazed and fired in a kiln.  The glazing and firing processes make the
plates food safe. All work is done by hand and created with care.  When complete, you will have a
one-of-a-kind piece of pottery.
