You can provide me with the personalization info for your plate when you check out. First add the plate to your shopping cart and then after you enter your payment information, please include the following information in the "Add an optional note" box in the shopping cart:

1. Names for the rim of the plate...I can usually fit up to 6 names. Please include the color for each name. The color you choose will decide the placement of each name. See color/placement below...

Top Left Name - Blue:
Top Right Name - Red:
Middle Right Name - Purple:
Middle Left Name - Orange:
Bottom Center Name - Green:
2nd Bottom Center Name - Pink:

2. Family's Last Name for center of plate (Aqua).

3. Personal message for the back of the plate. (8 words or less).

11" hand painted ceramic plate

This personalized and hand painted 11" ceramic plate is painted with the first names of your family in a colorful design. Last name fits in the center of the plate.
I personally hand paint each and every plate with quality ceramic paints, and then I glaze and fire them in my kilns to create a quality keepsake. I do not use decals or paint pens, only quality non-toxic ceramic paints and glazes.
