You can provide me with the personalization info for your plate when you check out. First add the plate to your shopping cart and then after you enter your payment information, please include the following information in the "Add an optional note" box in the shopping cart:

Please include the following info for the plate, it is important to type it exactly as you want it on your plate:

1. Names for Hearts - You may add up to 10 names. If you like, you may select colors for the hearts or allow me to select the colors for you.

2. Year for bottom of plate.

3. Personal message for the back of the plate. (8 words or less).

11" hand painted ceramic plate

The 11" ceramic plate is hand painted and personalized just for you with a colorful heart design that includes the year and up to 10 first names. I personally hand paint each and every plate with quality ceramic paints, and then I glaze and fire them in my kilns to create a quality keepsake. I do not use decals or paint pens, only quality non-toxic ceramic paints and glazes.
