You can provide me with the personalization info for your plate when you check out. First add the plate to your shopping cart and then after you enter your payment information, please include the following information in the "Add an optional note" box in the shopping cart:

Please include the following info for the plate, it is important to type it exactly as you want it on your plate:


1. Names for Tree - You may add up to 20 names. *The names will be placed on the tree in random order unless you specify otherwise. There is a blank tree drawing in the pictures of the plates that you can print out, fill in the names where you would like them, and then take a photo and email it to me. If you are unable to print the drawing, let me know and I will email you a copy to print.

2. Text for banner on tree trunk. You can use "Our Family" or a last name..."The Smiths". *Text must be short enough to fit in banner.

3. Personal message for the back of the plate. (8 words or less).

This 11" ceramic plate is hand painted and personalized just for you and your family with up to 20 first names.
I personally hand paint each and every plate with quality ceramic paints, and then I glaze and fire them in my kilns to create a quality keepsake. I do not use decals or paint pens, only quality non-toxic ceramic paints and glazes.
