You can provide me with the personalization info for your plate when you check out. First add the plate to your shopping cart and then after you enter your payment information, please include the following information in the "Add an optional note" box in the shopping cart:

Please include the following info for the plate, it is important to type it exactly as you want it on your plate:

1. Name for bottom of the plate and a birthday date (optional for under the birthday cake).

2. You may specify, 1, 2, or 3 candles for the cake

3. Personal message for the back of the plate. (8 words or less).

This personalized and hand painted 11" ceramic plate with fun and colorful birthday cake design will make a special birthday gift that can be used every year.
I personally hand paint each and every plate with quality ceramic paints, and then I glaze and fire them in my kilns to create a quality keepsake. I do not use decals or paint pens, only quality non-toxic ceramic paints and glazes.
